1. PRICES:

a) The prices shown in our price list and/or website include VAT at 23%. You must provide the NIF to process the invoice.

b) It reserves the right to modify at any time, and without prior notice, the prices of the services described.

c) The prices to be charged are referred to on the website "www.sims.pt".

2. PAYMENT METHODS:

a1) We have the following payment methods available:

       Cash (on site).

       Transfer (in advance and proof of payment sent), only after the amount is verified in the account (+/- 2 working days) does it become valid.

       MB WAY.

       Debit/Credit Card (coming soon).

a2) All advance bookings must be paid at the time of booking.

3. PREPARATION FOR EXAMS / ASSESSMENTS TO COMPANIES:

a) We do not have any commercial or other relationship with any airline.

b) We do not use or give away copyrighted material.

c) The pilots used by us must respect the internal rules used in their company, if they are obliged to do so. We cannot be held responsible for acts committed by them.

d) Any pilot who is accompanied by another and who has an employer relationship with a company must take into account that he may be infringing the rules of that company, so he must take into account. We are not responsible for acts committed by them.

4. VALIDITY:

a) These General Conditions - Services and price list referred to on the website "www.sims.pt", must be checked before purchasing the service.
